14-Day Return Policy

At Evolved Customs, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to provide the best quality window tints and installation services at our Cardiff workshop. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with our products or services, we offer a straightforward 14-day return policy to ensure your peace of mind.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return under our 14-day policy, the following conditions must be met:
- The window tint must be installed by our technicians at our Cardiff workshop.
- The return request must be made within 14 days of the installation date.
- The product should be in its original installed condition without any signs of tampering or misuse.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) must be presented at the time of the return request.
Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for the following:
- Window tints that have been altered or damaged after installation.
- Custom or special order tints specifically made to customer specifications.
- Any issues not related to the quality of the product or installation service provided.
Return Process
If you wish to initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Assessment: Our team will schedule an appointment for you to visit our Cardiff workshop. During this visit, we will assess the condition of the installed window tint.

Approval: If the return is approved, we will proceed with one of the following options:
- Reinstallation: We will reinstall a new window tint of your choice at no additional cost.
- Refund: If you prefer a refund, we will process it through your original method of payment. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Refunds
- Refunds are processed promptly after the return approval. The amount refunded will be the cost of the window tint installation service minus any applicable fees.
- If you have any concerns about your refund, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
